The ComeAsYouAre edition of ARISE is a unique opportunity for LGBTQIA+ candidates to take up full time roles with Axis Bank.

Eligibility Criteria

Roles Available

We will be hiring for multiple key roles in the corporate center across various verticals.

Selection Process

Round One:
Cognitive Assessment

The candidates who have successfully registered and are eligible basis the criteria will go through Cognitive Assessment. It will contain four sections quantitative ability, data interpretation, verbal ability and logical reasoning.

Round Two:
Functional Assessment

Shortlisted candidates from the Cognitive Assessment will go through a functional assessment basis their preferred tracks/ roles and personality profiler.

Final Round:
Elevator Pitch

Shortlisted candidates from the Functional Assessment will go through the Elevator Pitch, which will be evaluated by senior leaders of the bank. The candidates need to answer a few questions in video format.

The Arise program aims to identify and hire talent for key roles within the bank. The endeavor of the program is to provide an equal opportunity for recently graduated candidates who have completed their under graduation/post-graduation from any recognized college in India, to work for one of the largest banks in the country.

  • This is a special hiring drive for candidates who voluntarily identify as a LGBTQIA+ person.
  • The candidate must be a major - over the age of 18 as on 31st March 2024.
  • The candidate must have completed Under-graduation or Post-graduation degree from a recognized university. Additionally, the candidate should also have passed 10th and 12th grade/diploma from a recognized board.
  • Only candidates who are freshers or have maximum 60 months of experience can apply.
  • The candidate must possess a PAN Card and Address proof for residence in India.
  • The candidate should not be a current employee/ex-employee of Axis Bank or any of its subsidiaries.
  • TThe candidate should not have any blood relatives (Parents, spouse, children, wife) working for Axis Bank or any of its subsidiaries.
  • The candidate should not have enrolled into any of its programs – ABYB, PBRM, School of Fintech, School of Analytics.

Steps to Follow

  • Click on Apply to initiate the registration process
  • Fill up the registration form completely
  • Once you submit, you will get a pop-up to verify your email ID.
  • Once you verify your email ID, your registration stands complete.

The location will be PAN India as per availability within the bank.

Yes, you may be rejected if you don’t meet the eligibility criteria.


If your application is accepted, the selection process will consist of 3 stages and all rounds will be virtual:

  • Round 1: Cognitive Assessment

  • You are to communicate your acceptance/rejection of the offer letter within 10 days. In case of no communication within this time period, your offer will deem to be revoked.
  • You are urged to join within 3 weeks of receiving your offer letter.
  • In case you are employed, or there are any other exigencies which will delay your joining, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the offer letter, to enable us to plan your onboarding accordingly.


We will have a common induction program for you. Once you join the role, you will be nominated for specific training programs based on the unique needs of the role.
